Weekend Road Closures – Everything you need to Know

Once again, workers will be dismantling portions of the Turcot interchange this weekend to make way for new roads. Starting around midnight tonight, major portions of the Turcot interchange and other key access points to Montreal well be closed for the entire weekend, reopening only Monday at 5:00 a.m.
Turcot
All downtown access highways will be closed, as well as access points to reach the 20 towards the West Island. When taking the 20 Eastbound, drivers will have to exist the highway in the South-West borough and continue towards downtown using streets.

Champlain (South Shore)
The 132 will be completely closed around the new Champlain bridge construction site. Entrances and exits for the 132 as well as the Champlain bridge will also be closed.

Glen
Glen street will be closed until TUESDAY. A shuttle service will be put in place for cyclists and pedestrians.

Mercier
The Mercier area shows some improvement – only the 20 West is closed, but taking it from the bridge will be possible this weekend.
