The Morning Show team asked themselves this morning- is it okay to propose to your partner without an actual ring? Do ring alternatives have as much significance when asking your partner to marry you? Here's what they found out:
So, after getting messages from listeners, our announcers found out that there DOES exist alternatives to wedding rings that can mean just as much (if not more) when proposing to your partner.
If you're still in need of some inspiration, here are the best ring alternatives we found from Elite Daily:
1. A charm bracelet
Bonus: You can build on this bracelet through the years and add charms to it as your relationship builds!
2. A memento
Think old movie stubs, first picture together, or even old notes you may have written eachother when you first started dating!

3. A family heirloom
Nothing says 'I want to spend the rest of my life with you' more than a heirloom from your relatives! Now that's a bond that's sure to last forever.
4. Flowers
Keep it simple folks. Whoever said you had to go all out for an engagement clearly never tried to propose to their partner with their favourite flowers.
5. A vacation
Hello, early honeymoon! Propose to your partner with a paid vacation or getaway to celebrate your new unity! Bonus: It will be sure to create great memories.

6. A ring tattoo
If your partner is the reckless and impulsive type, why not ask them to marry you with a ring tattoo instead of a real one? You'll be sure your partner won't accidentally lose it somewhere!
7. A pet
If a puppy or kitten isn't the cutest offering ever when asking your partner to marry you, then we don't know what is.
