We recently asked our listeners what Montreal was missing...
Now, you might be telling yourself that Montreal would be better without a traffic cone or two (we thought the same) or more parking spaces downtown, but that's not quite what we mean.
When comparing Montreal to different cities around the world, we went on the hunt to find out what Montreal could use...

A metro line at the airport
Montreal's International Airport could use a metro line that goes straight downtown, don't you think? Kind of like an extended flight, if you will!
A 'Montreal' sign
Similar to the famous 'Hollywood' sign, some would argue that a 'Montreal' sign would look good across the hills of Mont-Royal. Who knows, maybe it would bring more A-List celebrities and filmmakers to town!
A beach
Let's face it, Montreal's Parc Jean Drapeau and Verdun shores aren't really beaches...What Montreal needs is a spot to lounge around in your bathing suit, your sunglasses, and your pina colada that makes you feel like you're in Miami or in the South somewhere.

A drive-in theatre
A movie night built just like in the 50's? Yes, please! We definitely wouldn't say no to having a drive-in theatre at Montreal. Besides, we're running out of Saturday night date ideas and this would be perfect!

A baseball stadium
If Toronto can have a baseball stadium, why can't we? Besides, Montreal needs its Expos back! Popcorn and a soft drink in your hand, a brand new Expos hat on and crowds cheering 'home run!' all around you...paints a pretty picture, doesn't it?

An indoor water park
Montrealers have been saying that our city needs an indoor activity of some sort to do during the winter. While Quebec City has the Bora Bora indoor water park, Montreal could use something similar to make it feel like summer all year-long. Besides, it would make for the perfect weekend family outing!
