North West has announced that she is working on her debut album.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye 'Ye' West's 10-year-old daughter has revealed that she is preparing to release her first album, titled Elementary School Dropout.
North revealed the news on Sunday night during a listening party in Phoenix, Arizona, for Kanye's upcoming album Vultures 2.
"I've been working on an album," she told the crowd while on stage with her father. "And it's called Elementary School Dropout."
The album's title pays homage to Kanye's acclaimed debut album College Dropout, which was released two decades ago.
North is no stranger to the music industry, having made her rap debut on Kanye and Ty Dolla $ign's recently released track Talking, which peaked at number 30 on the Hot 100. The entry made her one of the youngest artists ever to appear on the chart.
On 25 February North performed Talking live during a listening party at the Accor Arena in Paris.
North is the eldest of Kanye and Kim's four children. The former couple, who were married from 2014 to 2022, also share Saint, eight, Chicago, six, and Psalm, four.
A release date for Elementary School Dropout has not yet been announced.
