Montreal's highly anticipated Royalmount project is coming soon, and excitement is building!
Developed by Carbonleo, this new space is located just off the Décarie highway and will feature a mall with some of the world's biggest brands, such as Louis Vuitton and Gucci. In addition to shopping, it will also offer a variety of restaurants, attractions, and a massive urban park.
The first phase of the project is set to open on August 15, 2024. This phase includes an 824,000-square-foot retail and lifestyle complex, as well as a three-kilometer linear park called Le Champ Libre.
The opening will also feature a unique art experience. An art walk will showcase 15 works by 17 artists from Canada and beyond.
Getting to the new mall is easy. You can drive or take the metro to De La Savane station, where a skybridge connects directly to the mall.
