If you haven't seen the latest film "Twisters" yet, no need to fret - you might encounter a tornado right here in Montreal!

Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm alert for Wednesday afternoon into the evening.

As per the advisory, the weather conditions may lead to strong wind gusts, large hail, heavy rain, and a possibility of tornadoes in the city.

Environment Canada reminds people that lightning kills and injures Canadians every year and to go indoors when you hear the thunder.
