Despite releasing one of the year's biggest country albums, Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter received no nominations at the 2024 CMA Awards.

Both the album and its hit single “Texas Hold ‘Em” were overlooked, even after making history by spending four weeks atop Billboard's Top Country Albums chart, a milestone that made Beyoncé the first Black woman to achieve this feat.

The snub has sparked outrage among fans on social media, who have voiced their frustration over the decision. This reaction is not new, as Beyoncé has faced challenges with the CMA Awards before—most notably, when she was booed while performing with The Chicks at the 2016 ceremony.

As of now, Beyoncé has not commented on or addressed the snubbing.
