Saint-Henri’s Théâtre Cartier has finally found a new owner!

After sitting vacant for several years, the iconic venue has been acquired by Fabienne Colas, who announced it will be renamed Théâtre Colas, in recognition of the work done by her foundation.

Colas envisions the 700-seat theatre as a vibrant space for emerging artists and more. The venue is set to reopen in 2027 after undergoing renovations led by the firm Neuf.

One thing is certain: we can’t wait to see the fresh talent that will emerge from the newly revitalized Théâtre Colas!
