Frozen Waffles Recalled Nationwide from Loblaw, Walmart, and Metro
ADOBE / ADOBE

Have you recently purchased frozen waffles from Loblaw, Walmart, or Metro?
If so, you may need to throw them out, as they could be part of a nationwide recall.

The manufacturer TreeHouse Foods has issued a recall for several frozen waffle brands due to potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes.

Food contaminated with this bacteria can cause serious, and sometimes fatal, infections, particularly in young children, elderly individuals, or those with weakened immune systems.

Some of the affected brands include Great Value, Compliments, No Name, and more. To find out which other brands are part of the recall, click here.
