Great news for Montreal métro riders!

The Société de transport de Montréal (STM) has announced that Outremont station on the Blue line and Place-Saint-Henri on the Orange line are now both fully accessible.

These stations are the 28th and 29th out of Montreal's 68 métro stations to feature elevators, making public transit more inclusive and convenient for everyone.

Looking ahead, additional stations—including Atwater, Édouard-Montpetit, and those on the Yellow line—are expected to become accessible by 2025.
