We wished for it, and it’s finally here—snow is on its way!

The city is expected to receive 10 to 15 centimeters of snow starting today and continuing through Tuesday morning.

According to Environment Canada, these conditions could impact travel, especially as the holiday season kicks off.

The affected areas include Montreal, Montérégie, Lanaudière, Laurentians, Outaouais, Mauricie, Centre-du-Québec, and the Eastern Townships.

If you need to travel, be prepared for reduced visibility in some areas. Stay safe and stay informed by monitoring alerts and forecasts from Environment Canada here.
