Cameron Diaz has no qualms about bringing back her red carpet style from the 1990s and 2000s.
During a joint interview with her co-star Jamie Foxx on the red carpet of their new movie, Back in Action, the actors were asked to look back at some old outfits and decide whether to leave them in the past or bring them "back in action".
Cameron was presented with a photo from the 2000 premiere of Charlie's Angels in New York in which she wore blue denim trousers and a matching jacket.
Sharing her verdict in a Netflix TikTok video, she replied, "Bring that back in action. Denim on denim, c'mon! When do I NOT wear denim on denim?!"
The star also approved of the pink dress she wore to The Mask premiere in 1994 and the quirky ensemble she sported to the Vanilla Sky red carpet in 2001.
For the latter look, the actress wore ornately detailed trousers, a crop trop, a brown jacket and a matching flat cap.
"That was sick. I'll take that. All of it. I'm not mad about it," the 52-year-old insisted.
The interviewer also asked if she would wear red boots alongside a dark top and skirt today, 23 years after doing so at the 2002 screening of Gangs of New York, and she responded, "Yeah, I'd do that, why not?"
Summarising her choices, the reporter stated, "So you're basically bringing everything back?" to which she shrugged and said, "Why not?"
Meanwhile, her co-star Jamie admitted he had "a couple of snafus" such as wearing boxers and a robe at one point when he hosted the 2018 BET Awards.
Back in Action, which marks Cameron's first film in over 10 years, is now streaming on Netflix.
