Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, Montreal, but it looks like the city will be covered in snow this weekend.

That’s right—a heavy system is moving in, bringing a mix of snow, freezing rain, strong winds, and even more rain that could last up to three days.

However, it’s not uncommon for Montreal to see snow in March or April. Just last year, we got between 20 and 30 cm of snow, and in 2023, we faced an ice storm around this time.

Warmer days will come soon, but for now, bundle up, put on your boots, keep your winter tires, and ride it out!
