The annual Remembrance Day ceremony in Montreal will be much smaller this year.

The service at Place du Canada is being cut to about 25 wreaths and 50 official participants, no cadets, no military or veterans parade and a safety perimeter will be set up.

If you can’t get a poppy this year, there is another way you can support our veterans; buy one of their custom-made masks - the Legion’s expecting a new batch by Nov. 26.
