A new study out there says women are more likely to struggle with sleep than men

They say it starts during puberty, so they think hormones mixed with social factors like stress or parenting all contribute to the development of insomnia in women,

Women also use more sleep aids than men, but despite all of this, women don’t report any more daytime sleepiness than men – funny as it is, it could mean sleep recommendations should be different for men and women.
