Les Œufs Richard Eggs Inc. is recalling several egg products across the province of Quebec which may be contaminated with Salmonella bacteria.
For those unfamiliar, salmonella is a type of bacteria that is frequently reported to cause food-related illness in North America.
You can’t see, smell, or taste it but in severe cases, it can be life-threatening.
Usually, it can cause an upset stomach, diarrhea, fever, and pain and cramping in your belly. Most people get better on their own at home within 4 to 7 days.
Below is a list of products that are affected via CTV News.
Affected products have ‘lot code’ Q29 printed on them.
