McDonald’s is getting ready to introduce its first-ever loyalty reward program across the country.
On November 16, McDonald’s Canada will celebrate the launch of MyMcDonald’s Rewards, a points-based loyalty program that is already a huge success in The United States.
The new MyMcDonald’s Rewards program gives you 100 points for every $1 CAD spent. For example, if you spend $10, you will earn 1,000 points.
Current McDonald’s app users will be automatically enrolled in the new program, and new users can sign up by downloading the restaurant chain’s app.
McDonald’s says everyone will receive a 5,000-point bonus with their first purchase through the app. The company also says points will expire automatically after six months.
