Everyone needs time to relax every now and then, right? Though we may not admit it, in times of relaxing, we alll our guilty to our own kind of pleasures...

Amongst a group of women, these were revealed to be the most common guilty pleasures:

Watching Reality TV

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills? Love Island? The Bachelorette? Keeping Up With The Kardashians? Which reality TV show is your go-to?

Snacking

Yep, this one's pretty unavoidable. Whether it be on some chips, crackers, or freshly microwaved popcorn, we all have a guilty pleasure of snacking. Though this shouldn't really be considered a guilty pleasure, who agrees?

Calling in sick to work, when you are really not sick

If you've ever called in sick to work when you weren't really sick, you're not the only one...It happens way more often than you might think! (If you're our boss reading this, please disregard and keep reading...)

People watching

When out in public at the park, shopping mall, restaurant, or anywhere else, it's natural to want to 'people watch'. In other words, it's normal to find pleasure in observing the ones around us, spying in on their everyday lives and habits. But be careful Montreal, because we all know that "comparison kills"!

Procrastinating

Who does't procrastinate? That's the real question! Experts have revealed that procrastination is a guilty form of avoidance, a way of tiptoeing around something triggering to us as much as possible in the hopes of not having to do it. Basically, procrastinating is an unhealthy habit that needs to be broken!

Listening to a song on repeat

If you LOVE a certain song but none of your friends and family do, you'll most likely be listening to it on repeat for hours on end whenever you're alone. For us, our guilty pleasure song has got to be anything from the Mama Mia soundtrack (#sorrynotsorry).
