Sofia Richie has revealed that her skin has "drastically changed" during her pregnancy.
The media personality and fashion mogul, who recently announced she is expecting a baby girl with husband Elliot Grainge, has opened up about her battle with hormonal acne.
"I haven't experienced hormonal acne since high school," Sofia told Vogue. "It's probably the number one thing that has really drastically changed in my life - having to deal with bumps and oil production."
The 25-year-old explained that she has had to rethink her skincare routine as a result of the changes to her skin.
"I've really had to go back to the drawing board," she said. "My skin's become super oily, yet flaky at the same time, so I've really had to figure out a balance that worked for my skin."
"My dermatologist (gave me) the Simply Clean Cleanser by SkinCeuticals," added Sofia, who is a Global Brand Partner for the brand. "I wash my face now three times a day. I used to do just morning and nights."
Elsewhere in the interview, Sofia admitted that she often turns to TikTok for beauty advice.
"I'm not going to lie: I am a girl who scrolls through TikTok and watches so many different girls try so many different hacks," she told the publication. "Sometimes I'll sit in my make-up mirror and do the (model and content creator) Meredith Duxbury (make-up routine)."
The mum-to-be noted that while she enjoys watching these videos, she wants to encourage young girls to embrace their natural beauty.
"I really try to inspire girls to embrace their own beauty instead of masking it with a ton of make-up. I think that's empowered me, and that's kind of how I've gotten to the space I am in beauty," she explained. "I'm happy to encourage women to do what makes them feel comfortable."
