The last Beat FX has finally been guessed, which means the contest is officially over!
Over the past few weeks, we’ve thrown some pretty challenging sounds your way, leaving Montrealers everywhere asking: “What’s that sound?!”
Every Monday to Friday, we played the sound four times a day, and all you had to do was guess to WIN! For a while there, it seemed like no one was going to figure out our first sound. But then… during The Beat 5@7, we had our first winner!
🎉 Congratulations to Sharon from Rosemère 🎉 who correctly guessed the Beat FX sound: “cleaning a pumpkin” and won $2,000!
Next up, Sara cracked the Beat FX sound “ripping tape off a box” and took home $1,250. Way to go, Sara!

Finally, the sound that had all of Montreal scratching their heads… was guessed! After weeks of trying, Daniel from Candiac nailed it with “opening blinds” and walked away with a whopping $12,000!
