Montreal is about to welcome a brand-new neighbourhood, transforming the iconic old Molson brewery into Quartier Molson.

Spanning more than half a kilometre, this ambitious project by Groupe Montoni will connect the Jacques-Cartier Bridge to the east and Old Montreal to the west. Once completed, it will feature approximately 5,000 residential units, including social and affordable family housing.

But that’s not all—Groupe Montoni plans to prioritize green, energy-efficient technology in the construction process. The neighbourhood will also boast a hotel, office towers, shops, restaurants, and a public park, creating a vibrant and sustainable community for Montrealers.

Construction is set to begin in 2025, pending permit approvals. Stay tuned for updates on this transformative project!
