Kevin Jonas has undergone surgery to remove a skin cancer on his face.

The Jonas Brothers singer revealed the news in a video on Instagram.

"So today I am getting a basal-cell carcinoma removed from my head," the 36-year-old said, before showing a mole on his forehead.

"Yes, that is an actual little skin cancer guy that has started to grow. And now I have to get surgery to remove it, so here we go."

A couple of hours later, he posted a video of him returning home in the car.

"Alright, I'm all done," he said. "Now it's time to heal. Heading home. Make sure to get those moles checked people."

Kevin and his brothers Joe and Nick are currently on a break from their tour, after postponing the European leg of concerts earlier this year.

Nick, 31, is filming a musical comedy, Power Ballad, while Joe, 34, has been seen spotted in Greece watching Coldplay perform.

During his holiday, Joe has been spotted spending time with Lebanese actress Laila Abdallah, 34.

The actress, who lives in Kuwait, began her career as a model before moving into acting. She was married to Iranian actor Abdullah Abbas from 2017 to 2018.

Joe filed for divorce from wife Sophie Turner last year. The pair's split has been acrimonious, but they now co-parent their daughters Willa, three, and Delphine, one.
